We noticed that you left us a negative feedback for not having received your iPhone case.
We sent the letter below on June 1st as you did not pay for the iphone case.
We did not receive payment through PAYPAL.
When you purchase through Luulla you then have to complete the transaction through paypal.
Please check your records in Paypal as you will see that you did not send us any money for this transaction.
You never responded to our email below so I went ahead and cancelled the transaction.
Please log in to your Luulla account and you will see that it was cancelled.
I am sorry it didn't work out, but we can not send out items without payment.
I brought this issue up to Luulla and they said they are working on making the payment
easier, but unfortunately it seems to be an issue.
