I make and sell hand made accessories, clothing, homewares and gifts etc...

I also take custom orders (see additional information) so if there's something you want but you don't see it in my shop, tell me about it and I'll make it for you

I buy the majority of my yarn at significantly discounted prices. It is 'end of the line' stock and means some of my items OOAK as it can't be bought anymore

The fabric I use is often (though not always) re-purposed, as are the beads and embellishments I use in my jewellery and other items

Items, such as split rings, purse clasps, brooch pins etc are bought brand new from suppliers

I always aim to keep costs as low as possible without lowering quality as this is better for my budget and yours

I accept payment by PayPal only. It's quick, safe and simple for both of us

Payment must be made within 48 hours of purchase

UK: 2-3 days

Europe: 3-6 days

Everywhere else: up to 10 days

Everything is packed with care and with the security of the contents in mind. If something does arrive damaged, let me know immediately so that I can contact the postal company

Every effort is made to describe items accurately so please read the descriptions thoroughly and ask any questions you need to ask before you buy

All sizes are listed as approximate though in reality are measured. I measure in centimetres, any conversion to inches is approximate

When I can I include a list of size conversions plus actual measurements. If you have any question about the size of an item, please contact me

All photographs are as accurate as possible as are colours unless specifically stated in the description as variable. Please allow for differences in colours on individual monitors

If you are not happy with your item I DO accept returns as long as you contact me within 3 days of receipt and post the item within 7 working days

I do not refund postage unless I have sent you the wrong item

Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit covering cost of materials before I begin to make the item(s)

The length of time it will take to complete your order will vary depending on what you have requested, availability of materials, other custom orders already being created etc etc...

If you change your mind about something once I've started making then I may not be able to meet your wishes however, do still ask

If you decide you no longer want the order once I have started making it, the deposit for materials will not be refunded and I reserve the right to continue making the order and to sell the completed item(s)
