All items are shipped PRIORITY within the US. Outside of the US, items are shipped standard USPS. I will provide a tracking number upon shipment. Please be aware that packages going outside the US are often difficult to track once they leave country. Please allow a full 45 days for delivery.

For custom orders, *I am sorry but I cannot offer cash refunds*. However, I will offer a shop credit.
For items that may get lost in transit, I will happily replace the item at no cost to you, but cannot offer a refund under those circumstances, I am sorry.
For orders placed in the US that are NOT custom, I can offer a refund as long as I am made aware of the issue within two weeks of the shipping date. Refunds will be completed the day I receive the item back.
For orders placed internationally, I can offer a refund as long as I am made aware of the issue within 45 days of the shipping date. Refunds will be completed promptly when I receive the item back.
Refunds are made in the amount of the item purchased less the cost of shipping.
