When purchasing, please be sure to provide any required information in the notes to seller, such as personalization if required, sizing if required, and any changes to chain length for locket necklaces.

Failure to do so can result in your order being placed on hold, and a delay in shipping.

I am currently shipping orders out in about 7-10 days after cleared payment, as long as all necessary information has been provided to me. Failure to provide necessary information will result in a delay in shipping.

Please be aware that travel time in the mail from Canada to you, is additional time. Below are some guidelines, but please remember that these are approximate times only, and delays may result due to Customs in your country holding or delaying your package.

Within Canada ::: Up to 1 1/2 weeks to arrive

To the U.S. ::: Up to 2 weeks to arrive

Anywhere else ::: 3-4 weeks

Please note that as a result of your purchase, shipments outside of Canada may be subject to taxes and duty upon entering your country. These charges are beyond my control, and the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of the regulations your country imposes on such shipments.

Personalized items are final sale and non-returnable. These are things that have been created specifically for you, and that I would not be able to re-list and sell to someone else.

Please be certain of what you would like your item to say, and check all spelling before submitting your order. Your item will be personalized exactly as you've specified. If there is an error on my part, there will be an option of exchange or return for refund.

While customized items are final sale, I will of course consider returns on a case by case basis. It is very important to me that you are absolutely thrilled with your jewelry, and I will always do my best to work out a solution that makes us both happy.

Each locket is stamped by hand, one letter at a time. As such, letter placement and impression may vary from piece to piece, as well as patina and coloring on lockets. This is part of the handmade charm and whimsy of these lockets, and should not be considered a flaw. My pieces are a bit rustic, and may reflect the process of their creation.
