We ship twice a week usually. You will be notified when your item ships. As it is a custom crafted item, please allow additional days for manufacturing.

We ship First Class in a padded bubble envelope. First item (for US) is $2.50, each add'l item is only $1.00 so add some more to your order for discounted shipping. Mixing and matching is allowed.

First Class to Canada is $3.00 for the first item, $1.00 each add'l.

Sorry, we don't ship internationally at this time.

Sometimes things go awry in the mail process - we understand. If your product is severely damaged in the mail, please let us know right away for a replacement. No biggie.

Otherwise, we do not accept returns based on "I don't like the scent". If you're extremely unhappy with your product, please email us to have a discussion and see what we can work out.

We also have a kitty kat named Romeo and while we do our best to keep errant cat hairs out of our crafting room, sometimes it happens that one will make it through. He likes to share sometimes - forgive him. :)
