I ordered my shoe size and these shoes are made small. Made in China, Asian people have small feet. It will cost more to ship them back for return

Is there a way for me to return these shoes? They aren't how I expected them to be. I have never worn them,they are just straight out of the box. Please get back to me as soon as possible with returning options.

china air post is saying this tracking number does not exist? How can I track it and see where its at?

I measured and this dress should have fit. Realistically it was 4 inches smaller in some places that it should have been. When I returned it, they conveniently "never received it" and therefore I am out $70 plus $20 in shipping.
