Please be informed that International buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

The order will be shipped after 1 ~ 3 business days after the clear payment received..

The shipment will be made by registered air post.

If there is no trouble with customs clearance, it usually takes,

10 ~ 15 days to US, 2 ~ 3 weeks to North America, Western Europe & Oceania,

and 3 ~ 4 or more weeks to the rest of countries from the shipment date.

(But it could take more to Italy, Germany, Eastern Europe due to the strict customs.)

If you require express courier service, please add the list "Express Mail Service" to your cart together with your order.

For the EMS, the additional cost USD 26.00 and, it takes app. 5 ~ 7 business days.

We carefully inspect the items before the shipment.

In case you don't like the products, we will exchange or refund them.

The items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued upon safe return of the items.

Please be informed that the postage costs and custom orders are non-refundable.

Please understand that the package can be delayed with following reasons in your country.

Customs delay, severe weather condition, and any issues & events (X-Mas, New years and etc.).

To keep the jewelry longer, please avoid wet (please don’t forget to undo your jewelry when you take a shower or swim).

For US Buyers,

Once the package reached in US, USPS tracking page shows following message,

“Origin Post is Preparing Shipment”

It does not mean that we are preparing for the shipment.

It means that the package is in US for the delivery :)
