FULL ORDERS

Arrangement for posting of full orders will be arranged between us. Costs will be given on an individual basis based on an orders size and weight.
UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class, or Collect+, International Orders will be sent by either Airsure (tracked), Global Value (not tracked) and Global express (tracked) - depending on a parcels weight, and take around 5-12 days - please ask for a quote if you are unsure otherwise all prices are listed in the item description.

International customers please note that any costs associated with customs and duties are your responsibility.
No refunds are given on custom goods - please carefully check your proofs before agreeing to proceed with print for invites etc.
My aim is 100% happiness on all orders, if you do have any issues don't hesitate to contact me.
Please note that I cannot accept responsibility for errors arising from information provided by you, by approving your final proof you are accepting responsibility for any errors. If errors are discovered after printing has begun, you can have your items reprinted at a charge.
Mistakes made on my part will be paid for and reprinted by myself and shipped the quickest way possible.
