All orders will ship via Priority Mail with delivery times of 2-3 days after shipment.
Please leave approximately 1-2 weeks for production of each coaster set. The sets are lovingly handcrafted using a unique process that is time consuming but they are well worth the wait.
If you need your order quickly, please send me a message with your order and I'll do my very best to make it happen!
If you receive a tile that has been broken in transit, please get in touch immediately and be prepared to include a photo of the damage. I'll gladly replace broken pieces as long as they were broken in transit and not by misuse.
You may return unused items with 7 days of purchase, in sellable condition, at your cost for a refund. Please let me know that you are interested in a return before sending them back in the original box and packaging.
Payment is due via Paypal at time of purchase. If you'd like me to hold a set for you for a small period of time, please get in touch. I'm happy to do it!
