My passion for design, craft and fashion led me to create " Tiny Box" - unique pieces that had simplicity and elegance, meaning it can be worn for all sorts of occasions.

I make all my efforts to ensure my customers are very satisfied with our jewelry and our service. Please feel free to contact me about anything.

I design interesting unique pieces that had simplicity and elegance along with a reasonable price tag.

I am currently accepting only PayPal payments .

You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase with PayPal.

Processing Time:

I make all efforts to ensure that your order is sent as fast as possible.

Please allow 1-3 business days for packing and handling before the item will shipped.

Shipping Time:

Since your lovely item is shipped from sunny Portugal, the average time it take to receive the packages is about:

-2 to 5 working days to European destinations;

-5 to 10 working days to USA, Canada and Australia;

-7 to 15 working days wto the rest of the world.

If you are planning to purchase a gift please do so at least 3 weeks ahead.

Please note that I have no control over the shipping, and that there are many factors that influence the shipping time as the weather, transport delays, holidays and customs services.

Tracking:

I always use registered priority mail with tracking number, so that you always can follow the route of ordering online.

If you have ANY problem with your order please feel free to contact me at anytime, all situations can be solved in a friendly manner and I appreciate a kind communication.

- Incorrect address:

Make sure your etsy address is correct, I am not responsible for lost orders shipped for incorrect address. If your package is returned due to incorrect address I can ship it again upon postage payment.

- Items that do not fit:

I am able to create custom sizes and I always ask if you have any size request by the time you order - if there's no request I'll ship the default size stated on the product description - it is the buyer responsibility to ask for custom made sizes.

If the item does not fit you you can return it to me to be fixed and it will be shipped again upon postage payment.

I use is high quality materials to make my jewelry, but is not waterproof, so I highly recommend to avoid direct contact with water (like swimming or showering), perfumes and lotions. I also recommend that you take off your jewelry when you workout or go to the beach. =)
