Each piece is made with semi-precious stones and vintage-inspired materials or vintage style designs to capture an essence of times gone by in a glamorous, romantic or whimsical way. I hope you love them as much as I do!

Please use PayPal for any payments made to Vintage Vibe Jewellery. You do not need to have an account with them; you can use your debit or credit card via PayPal without setting an account up.

International Orders - All international orders are sent via standard Airmail and should arrive within 5-7 days. However, inevitably there may be delays due to poor weather or customs, so please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. There is no tracking option available with Airmail deliveries.

Please note that Vintage Vibe Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any Custom Charges, taxes and duties that may incur for international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

UK Orders - All UK orders will be sent out via First Class Recorded Delivery and should arrive within 2 – 3 days. A signature will be required.

Vintage Vibe Jewellery cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen in the post or in transit. However, please do let me know if you have not received your items within 4 weeks of shipment and we can discuss exchanging, replacing or refunding the item.

Please get in touch to arrange for a refund of your order and to obtain a returns code.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in a new and re- saleable condition and must be returned in the original packaging. I recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection as Vintage Vibe Jewellery cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit by return.

Please include your full name, transaction ID and the reason for your return. Due to hygiene reasons, Vintage Vibe Jewellery does not offer a refund on any earrings unless they are of unsatisfactory quality.

Please be aware that goods are returned at your own expense. Delivery charges will only be refunded in full in the event of the goods being faulty.

Due to the nature of semi-precious gemstones, there may be slight variations in size and tone of colour from the descriptions provided. This cannot be helped, as it is nature's way! However, I have tried to be as accurate as possible in describing the gemstone beads.
