Payments are made through Paypal. These items are dispatched from the UK and if you are outside the EU you may find that your own government may charge tax and duty for anything you import into your country. Please be aware of these additional charges as they are your duty to pay.
Some items are made to order, please check individual product pages for lead times. Items will be posted 1st class Royal Mail in the UK and Air mail worldwide. Lost items will be replaced after the necessary time period allowed as listed on the Royal Mail Website.
Standard items are returnable within 14 days of being received. Return postage is at the cost to the buyer. If you receive an item which has been broken in transit or the wrong item sent (I am only human after all), return postage will be reimbursed.
Bespoke orders where the parts of the items have been changed on request such as colours or sizes are non returnable due to them being made especially for you.
