We use either Royal Mail, myHermes or one of our other delivery partners.
All parcels are shipped via standard post. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery in the UK.
International orders can take approximately 5-7 business days. Sent with International Standard Mail therefore NO TRACKING WILL BE PROVIDED. 
If you need your package to be sent via our Tracked service, please contact us in advance regarding shipping upgrades!
We usually package 2 necklaces in 1 jewelry box to optimise the shipping cost unless specified by the buyer. We are happy to provide additional boxes for gifts purposes.
We hope you would love everything you buy from Youblue but if you are unsatisfied with the item for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving and return your item unworn, unwashed and in a sale-able condition within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@youblue.co to arrange your return.
As soon as the item(s) are received and checked by our team, we would send you an email to let you know. Please allow up to 7 days for it to be processed.​
We do not accept returns on jewelry unless it was faulty or damaged on receipt.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your refund or exchange back to Youblue will be the responsibility of the customer.
