If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt.

The customer assumes responsibility for all freight (this includes the shipping fee that we incurred in sending product to your residence, plus the shipping fee back to our warehouse) plus you may be charged a restocking fee $1- $10 depending on the item (s) ordered. Returns will not be permitted after 14 days.

All orders currently ship within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. We ship our paddles and other small items USPS priority. We ship all bed orders and large quantity orders out via UPS. They can not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a street address.

Business days do not include Sat., Sun, or Holidays. Please see UPS and USPS holidays observed...they can be different from each other.

We encourage you to fully open and inspect your purchase upon receipt. In the event that visible damage occurs in transit or you find any defect, we ask that you contact us within 14 days. Any damage occurring in transit must be resolved by us with the freight carrier. If you can email a picture of the damage to us it really helps to speed up the replacement process.
