We offer a 3 day return on this dress. Must be in the same unworn, clean condition and all tags must still be attached.

It is illegal for us to mark an international shipment as a "gift". Items are shipped via DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT. In most cases upon shipment an email with shipping details/tracking #'swill be sent to the buyer.Insurance is included in the shipping handling charges.
We offer shipping discounts when we are able to combine items. If you would like to purchase more than one item please contact us for a quote. If you have not contacted us before the end of an auction we will automatically adjust the total if applicable.

Returns: We strive to give you 100% guaranteed satisfaction on your order. If for some reason you need to return an item please contact us via email within 3 days of receipt of your item. Please be sure to save all packaging material, tags still attached (if applicable, etc. Item must be stain/smell free. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is proven to be defective by us and was not listed as so in the listing. All returned items need to be sent back within 3 days of receipt and need a tracking #. Once received back it may take up to3 days for processing of a refund.
Notice: ONLY standard size dress can be returned, because we can not sell a custom-made size dress.
