RETURN POLICY
We understand that it is difficult for your to choose the best wedding dress or any other dress online, but we will try our best to help you.
1) Since each dress is handmade, there would be 10% or less difference between the picture and the actual product you receive.
2) We will accept returns if dresses have quality issues as well as delayed delivery time. we are entitled to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you provided, or you do no not love it after you received it and some other reasons.
3) If you find the Dress is in wrong color or measurements, please send us clear pictures within 3 working days since you receive it. You could return and refund after confirmation;
4) If there are obvious quality issues with the dress, such as large dirt, broken or defects surface, please send us clear pictures within 2 working days. We could work together to resolved these problems.
5) Since computer screens have chromatic aberration ,especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we cannot guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photos you see. And the same color but different fabric must has chromatic aberration, so your request of getting money back might not be accepted.
When you return dresses, please note:
a) Please contact us if there is any problem with the items you receive;

b) We just accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect and brand new condition
