We will accept returns if there are quality problems, wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, but we offer free modify.
Please see following for the list of quality issues that are fully refundable for:
1 .If you find the dress is in wrong color or measurements,
2.If the dress is obviously dissimilar with the original picture
3. If there is obvious quality problem with the dress, such as large dirt, broken or defects surface
please send us clear pictures within 3 working days since you receive the dress.
Wrong Colour, Wrong style, Damaged dress- 100% Refund or remake one or return partial payment to you after our confirmation , you keep the dress.
It is buyer's job to provide 100% correct measurements to seller
We understand it is tricky to take measurements sometimes but we are unable to do the face to face tailoring so the measurements are very important to make sure the dress fits
If buyer failed to send correct measurements or you lose/gain the weight after you provide the measurements which result in a poor-fitting dress, i am sorry we are unable to take this kind of return.
We do not accept returns on custom dresses that are ordered in Custom Size or with Custom Alterations.We do not accept returns on clearance sales dresses.
when you need return your dress back please follow our return policy
1. You have 48 hours from the time your dress is delivered to the designated shipping address, to notify us that you would like to return the item. Please message us
2.. You must contact us before you return the item and we will email you RA if your return is acceptable. Any item returned without RA will not be credited.
3,. The item must be shipped back in brand-new & unworn condition within 2 days after we send out RA and email us the tracking #. Return the product in the original box with packing materials along with the RA receipt.
4,-. We must receive the item within 14 days after we send you RA. If we do not receive your item within 14 days, no credit will be given.
