All the items in my shop are designed and hand crafted by myself in my smoke and fur free home in Montreal, Canada.

Every hand crafted item turns out unique, so no one else will have an item that is exactly the same! Knitting and crocheting are very relaxing hobbies that I truly enjoy, therefore your item will be crafted with much love and care!

I accept PayPal for all transactions. If payment is not completed and I have not heard from you within 3 days of purchase I will consider it a canceled transaction.

If you have a special situation pleeeease keep in contact with me so I don't re-list your item.

****I will ship to the address you provide via PayPal. PLEASE make sure your address on file with Paypal is correct!!***** Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred due to returned items and reshipping if their address on PayPal is incorrect.

Items will be shipped within 2-3 working days after I have been notified of receipt of payment by PayPal. For items that are made to order, please check the information in the listing and in store announcement on my current turnaround times.

I use Canada Post to ship. Shipping charges include the packaging and postage cost. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred, as I have no control over these charges, please contact your local customs office for further information. Note that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates, and I cannot speed up these things.

Returns will be accepted within 15 days of receiving your purchase, if an item is grossly misrepresented or arrives damaged.

Please ask for a return authorization before returning any item. I will refund the purchase price (not the shipping & handling).

All custom made items are a final sale and cannot be refunded, unless an error was made on my part.

Refunds will only be issued AFTER I have received the returned original order. All returns must be in the original condition (new, unused, clean, etc) and the same or comparable packaging.

Please read item specifications carefully as the features of each item are clearly identified on the listing, and vary just slightly from item to item since each one is hand crafted and unique. I edit the photos to make sure the color on the photo matches as close as possible to the color item has in real life, however, there may be a slight variation depending on your computer monitor's color settings.

If you are concerned your items got lost in the mail, please contact me and I will handle this on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with any order, PLEASE contact me prior to leaving feedback or returning the item so we can work things out. My goal is a happy customer!
