Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. I will notify you if there is going to be a delay.
Returns/Exchange/Refunds
I accept returns/ exchanges /refunds within 14 days of the purchase date, as long as item was never used and is in the same condition as it was sent.
In the case of a refund, only the item cost will be refunded. Refunds will only be made through PayPal. Shipping fees involved will be your responsibility.
My polymer clay items may contain delicate details. If there is an issue with the product when you receive it, please contact me. Upon shipping the item back to me (shipping cost is your responsibility); I can either issue a refund or create a new item for you.
