Items will be sent standard shipping through Canada Post.
I will ship to the address provided when you check-out. Please double check to make sure it's correct.
When shipping to other countries, customs can sometimes delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often but be aware that it can happen. Also customers are responsible for any additional fees that may occur at customs.
Returns/Refunds
Customers have 30 days from date I send package to return necklaces, and bracelets. The customer is responsible for paying shipping charges. Sorry at this time I cannot accept returns or refunds on custom orders. Due to hygiene guidelines I cannot accept returns on earrings.
