SHIPPING: Orders are shipped within 3-5 days of purchase unless otherwise stated in the sale. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and usually delivers within 2-3 days depending upon your delivery location.

RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of our business all sales are final. We will however replace free of charge if there is an error on our part (ie. mispelled names, dates, etc.) Sorry if the error is on your part fees will apply.

No cancellations after a proof or final product has been sent.

Business Days are Monday thru Friday. Weekends and holidays are for family time. :)

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next normal business day.

Orders received after 7:00 pm CST will be processed on the next day.

We love to do custom orders. Have a design in mind or a specific color scheme, email us, we will work with you to create a unique invitation or party favor JUST FOR YOU!

There is no additional charge for custom work

Personalization is always FREE when you complete your purchase and payment.

To personalize please type your personal message in the NOTES to seller box upon checkout.

We do reserve the right to adjust font size to accomodate lengthy wording and in some instances we may have to change fonts. You will be notified when this has to be done. This does not constitute a REFUND if your personalization is too lengthy. Please keep this in mind when personalizing.

Sorry if you live in the State of Tennessee we do charge sales tax.

You are purchasing the right to print your design however you'd like, but the completed design still belongs to me. Please do not claim it as your own. Posting your completed design online is perfectly ok; however, it must include a link to www.carouselcandyshop.luulla.com and be credited to "Carousel Candy Shoppe Designs."

Because I own the digital file, I often display customer orders on my blog or on lulla. I always change phone numbers and addresses. If you wish not to have your card displayed, please let me know AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

I will fully uphold the legal rights of photographers. It is illegal for us to use images that are copyrighted without the permission of the photographer or company that holds the copyright. By submitting photos, you agree that you are the photographer or have permission in the form of a copyright license from the copyright holder. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold Carouse Candy Shoppe liable for any misuse of copyrighted images. In some instances we may require a release form be signed by the photographer if we are in doubt.

All products digital and printed are to be used for personal use only.

Commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Please respect our hard work and do not steal our designs or sell them for profit.

Cancel within 24 hours (before we send your proof)-NO CHARGE

Cancel after we send your proof - 25% of purchase price will be charged

Cancel after we have printed - 35% of purchase price will be charged

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following instances:

No response from you within 5 days to request regarding your order.

No personalization is received to complete your order in 5 days.

In the event we determine that we need to cancel an order you will be notified prior to cancellation. A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged on orders which we cancel for the above stated reasons.
