However, GlowPixels & GlowHearts are normally shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment, depending on available stock.

All orders shipping to the continental US will now have a USPS tracking number.

To keep shipping cost low for customers, I ship ALL orders via USPS First Class service. If you would like your order shipped via a different shipping method (ie. a faster method or a different shipper) please send me a convo.

Please be aware to some countries it can take up to 3-4 weeks OR 6-20 business days for an item to be received after it has been shipped. I have been made aware that many countries will hold orders up in their customs department for extended periods of time. There is no tracking through USPS for international packages!

IMPORTANT!!!: In some countries there may be additional fees associated with importing and inland shipping (Ie. duty taxes, ect.) Some countries may charge additional fees if a package is over a certain weight or value. It is YOUR responsibility for knowing the import/shipping laws in your country. I recommend taking the time to look into this BEFORE placing an order. I unfortunately have no way of knowing which orders will experience additional tax once they reach their destination.

If an item is received damaged or you receive the wrong item you must contact me within 24 hours of receiving with a photo. I will then refund your shipping cost so you may return the item for replacement or repair. No Refunds will be given only exchanges.

why is my GlowHeart/GlowPixel not lighting up?

1st- check if your on/off switch is in the 'on' position.

2nd-check your battery. if you have had it on for a couple months, it might be dead and needs to be replaced. the battery is a CR2023. (note: if you start missing the blue color..your battery is starting to die ;)
