All items will be posted out first class within 3 working days. Postage and packaging costs are kept to a minimum so you have more money to spend on lovely handmade things!
Items are wrapped with care in tissue paper and bubble wrap to keep them safe and sound, you will receive it all in a little (or big!) brown paper parcel!
I always request proof of postage when sending out my items so please get in touch if you would like a copy.
I’d like you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience, therefore am happy to receive any queries you may have about your product within 7 days of receipt.
I will gladly discuss any problems you may have and we will reach a solution that is agreeable to us both.
If a return is agreed, it must be received within 3 days of this decision. Please request proof of postage when doing this. Please do not send an item back, unless we have mutually agreed this course of action.
