Payment Options

I accept Paypal, google checkout, wepay and serve. Money order is available on a case by case basis.


Payment must be made within 48 hours of checkout.


Payment plans are available. Please notify me before purchase if you need a payment plan.


Shipping

Shipping is based on actual shipping charges for the item listed plus a small handling fee. This fee helps cover my gas money, packaging and print costs to print shipping labels.


Actual shipping charges include first class (up to 12oz) and priority mail for heavier items plus delivery confirmation for US destinations. Insurance is optional. If you wish to insure your package please contact me before payment so I can adjust your invoice.


I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not sent insured. Buying insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser.


International shipping is available either first class mail or airmail parcel and varies depending on location. There is no delivery time quoted for international packages. If you require a guaranteed delivery date please inquire about upgraded shipping for an additional fee.


Returns

Should you receive an item that is clearly not what was photographed, or described, please convo me within 3 business days of receipt, and I will work with you to correct the situation.


Returns are not accepted unless discussed prior to return via conversation system - to protect both parties. Please read all listings carefully, I do my best to list things carefully and accurately, however I am human, contact me before leaving negative feedback. Refunds are given for purchase price only excluding shipping & handling.


Lost/misdirected/damaged packages will be dealt with through the USPS - and is the reason all domestic packages ship with insurance required.

Again I try to work with all my customers to maintain the highest level of customer service, satisfaction, and communication. Please remember that I am a human being behind the screen, and a little bit of courtesy goes a long way. Things happen - on both sides, weather, illness, family problems, being understanding makes a big difference to everyone in the long run.


If you are requesting a custom piece, or a change to an already existing listing that requires me to list the item as a custom or reserved item - you have 3 days from the date I send you the listing link - to purchase your item. After that the item will be marked as no longer on reserve and returned to general inventory. Please understand this and ensure that you have the ability to purchase your item as soon as possible after I send you the link.
