At Full Knitted Jacket my goal is to create a beautiful, quality product with both function and visual appeal. I tend to focus on what is inspiring me at the moment, and letting my creative whims whisk me away. Because of this creative process, what is offered in my shop may often very. If you are interested in something I have previously offered, but that is not currently listed in my shop, please contact me for a possible custom order.

Payment methods:

I am currently accepting Paypal and credit cards (through pay pal)

All customs orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. I will not begin work on a custom order until full payment has been received.

I do accept Lay Away on custom orders, convo me for details and to make payment arrangement's. I do charge a small fee for Lay Away items, I will discuss this fee with you along with other details before we set up payment arrangement's. There will be no hidden fees or surprises, everything will be discussed in advance.

All items will be shipped as soon as possible. This will be within 2 working days of received payment on completed items, and within 2 days of completion on custom items. Custom items will be photographed before shipping and an email of the completed item will be sent to the purchaser.

It will take an additional 7-20 working days for items to reach your doorsteps if shipping domestically, international shipping will have additional shipping time. If there are holidays in between, it may take additional time to reach to you. Please allow for shipping time.

Patterns will be emailed as soon as possible. This will be within 2 working days of received payment for the pattern.

Please note, if for any reason, you decide to cancel your order, please convo me within 24 hours from the time you made the purchase. Any charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If you buy an item and forget to pay for it, I will convo you in regards to missing payment. If I don't receive a response from you within 48 hours, it will be informed to etsy and the order will be canceled.

I am currently shipping USPS , with certificate of mailing and Delivery confirmation. If you want the item by express mode, please add a comment in the "message to Seller" box regarding this. I will calculate the additional cost and convo it to you.

I use recycled shipping materials when ever possible, so please look for little brown paper packages for most items. You may request different packaging for your items, but this may affect the shipping cost of your item.

I encourage and am willing to offer insurance upon request or if required, for a small fee.

I have not yet shipped internationally and therefore am not familiar with customs and duty fees, these fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Please check your country's custom policies before buying an item. I will not be responsible if custom holds or confiscates certain items.

If you are ordering from out side of the US, please contact me before placing your order so that we may discuss options and be aware that any additional shipping charges will be added to the cost of your purchase.

Shipping charge includes registration charges(airmail), if used, delivery confirmation charge, certificate of mailing, packaging material and other miscellaneous charges.

I do not currently offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. I encourage buyers to request the addition of insurance along with the item purchased. Items lost or damaged in transit will not be replaced by me and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All items are shipped with detailed washing and care instructions. Failure to follow these care instructions may cause damage to your items due to the nature of the fibers they are constructed with. Fading, shrinking and further damage to the construction of the item may occur if not properly handled. Please follow all care instructions to ensure satisfaction of your purchase.

All items are listed with measurements and simple measuring guidelines to help assist you in making an informed purchase. All sizes listed are only estimated guidelines and not guaranteed sizes. Please measure carefully and follow measurements when purchasing to ensure best fit and optimal satisfaction of your purchase. If you have any questions about measuring or measurements please contact me.

All of my items are listed with the fiber content clearly stated. Please pay close attention to what is in the products you purchase and be aware of any possible allergies or sensitivities you may have before making your purchase.

I do not currently offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

All patterns are currently only available in digital form and thus nonreturnable. Due to their digital nature patterns are sold on a non-refundable basis. If you have questions or concerns about your pattern, please contact me for clarity.

All items are hand made by me and there fore there appearances and quality reflect their hand made nature. Please allow for variations due to their uniqueness. Each item is one of a kind. At this time I will not be offering any duplicates, however if you are interested in a similar item to any listed in my shop, please contact me for your own unique piece.

I try to include explicate care and handling instructions with all items to ensure your greatest satisfaction of your purchase. If you have any questions regarding the care of your item, please contact me.

All items are made in a smoke free, pet free, fragrance free environment. However, at times the fibers I buy and use to make my items, may be purchased from a source that does not share my policies, I apologies in advance for any exposure that I can not control.

I try to provide as many items as possible in a variety of natural fibers. This includes wool, alpaca, yak, bison, llama, cotton, bamboo and more. If you have a sensitivity to any fibers, from wool to synthetics like nylon or polyester, please let me know before placing custom orders so we can discus alternative options.
