- If buyer want to cancel and change order , please contact seller within 24 hours after buyer ordered it.

If buyer cancel order late, changing late or response late and buyer has received wrong order, buyer can sent it back for changing but buyer is responsible for the resend shipping fee.

- If buyer want to return for getting money back in case item arrived late for gift or holidays or special day. (but buyer still received item within 40 days).

Because my policies tell that it take around 2-3 weeks for shipping (may be 4-5 weeks for some place)

- If order is returned or lost because of buyer give information wrong.

Seller will RETURN MONEY BACK 70% of cost of item

- In case buyer ordered wrong and want to return for getting money back.

- If order is returned in case buyer was NOT a home when order was arrived and item is unclaimed.

For any reason if you are not happy with our product or have any problem , please contact me within 5 days after you have received your order. We will discuss to fix the problem if it's possible.

I will refund if buyer don't receive within 2 months.

In case of returning item, Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

** Seller is not responsible If order is returned or lost because of buyer give information wrong. (ex. the wrong address).

- Seller don't send money or order back if the order is not returned.

- If the order is returned and seller has received it.

1.) If buyer want for resend , Buyer is responsible for the resend shipping fee in case of returning.

2.) If buyer want money back , seller will send money back 60% of the price of order not including shipping cost because it's not seller's wrong , making case has cost in production and it will be not bought by someone.

(If the case is customized and personalized , seller don't send money back because it can not sell for other.)

All items in my shop are handmade case , so it takes around 2-7 days for production after I have received clearly order and payment.

Production may take as little as 1 day or as much as 7 day because of many orders in important festival.

Shipping usually takes delivery around 2-3 weeks depending on your location or holidays.

Sometimes it may take more little time because of uncontrolled condition.

Please be patient, as international shipment may take as little as one week or as much as two months on rare occasions.
