With Paypal payers, I will ship item within a few days of the sale. With money order payers, I will wait to ship until I have received the payment in the mail. If you want the item to be insured, then please let me know right away and we can get the added expense figured out. I have sent out many packages and feel like I pack everything well enough not to have any breakage. I use your shipping address that is listed on Paypal, please make sure it is correct. When I ship internationally, I use the cheapest postage. I have no control over the packages after I mail them and those that may get "hung up" in customs. Thank You!

If you choose to return something for whatever reason, then I ask that you do this within 7 days of receiving the item. Pack it like I had it and in the same condition as I sent it and you pay the expense of sending it back. I will send a refund minus the original postage, after I receive the item and determine its condition. If your item happens to arrive broken, then I will either repair or replace item (must notify me immediately if this happens). Just send the item back to me and packed in original packaging. This postage will be your expense and I will send repaired or replaced item back to you at my expense. Simple breaks can be fixed by yourself with glue. I like to use E6000 which I purchase at Wal-Mart.

I do custom orders, also. No guarantee on how quickly I will get these done though. It all depends on the time of year and how busy I am with my craftshows. My shows begin Sept.-Dec.

For items that I have sold and relisted:
