About shipping:
We currently offer USPS First Class Mail, which takes approximately 2-4 business days to deliver from Salt lake city, UT. It will be sent out with a tracking number within 48 hours. I can also offer First Class Mail for international orders, which can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. The buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs. All packages include a tracking number.
If you need your order within a short time, there's faster way available, please contact me the details before you purchase the item.
Custom Orders are not accepted for returns!
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If items are damaged during delivery, refund or replace are availbale.
The item are not refundable if the item has no quality problem or the buyer change their mind.
Also remember when purchasing this product, it's REAL WOOD. Some wood is stronger than others, over all this is a gorgeous product but not very strong. If you're clumsy, get a plastic or metal case. I will not do any refund if customer drop the case by themselves and broken the case.
I do offer the replacement within one week if customer break their case, Don't take it for granted that i will do the replacement for you, It depends. Customer do need pay the shipping cost.
