Custom orders may take extra time if materials have to be specially ordered. You will be advised before the sale is completed.
With the exception of supplies, all pieces in my shop are created by hand, so no two items are identical. Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photo listings.
PayPal and credit cards are the preferred method of payment.
Please ensure your payment is completed within two days of purchase. Reserved listings orders, not completed within 48 hours by the buyer, will be cancelled without notice, but you can contact me again to re-list your reserved listing order.
Items will be shipped on the week that you payment clears.
I post all goods by USPS First Class Mail. Insurance is available at an extra fee, so please contact me during check out, to provide you with an invoice.
All goods are packed with extreme care to ensure they arrive in mint condition.
For specific requests, please let me know ahead of time and I will make it happen. Any costs incurred will be passed onto you.
International Customers:
Buyers are responsible for all duty and customs charges that may be incurred.
I want you to be totally happy with your purchase; so in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with my creations, I will be happy to exchange it for a same value item, use it as part of a payment for a higher value item, or give you a full refund. (Shipping and Paypal fees costs are not included)
The shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Policy applies only within 30 days, from shipping date.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
