Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared..(hand stamped custom jewelries may take longer-due to the high amount of orders a week or so sometimes)

Bridal (or other large quantity ) orders may take 1-2 weeks to ship..please convo me for delivery time..(Orders that are placed within just THREE WEEKS or LESS of the WEDDING DATE may need an addtional $25 expedited handling and shipping charge)

I usually send packages via USPS First Class Mail..

INSURANCE is highly recommended!!I'm not responsible for non-delivery or destroyed items in mail unless the buyer requested/paid for insurance or express delivery service on the package.

Buyers are responsible for any CUSTOM FEES and TAXES.. Please check with your country's customs office to find out if there will be additional costs before buying.

International delivery time depends on the efficiency of custom process or your local post office condition..sometimes packages can get held up in customs.Please aware of this situation!

if you want a refund or an exchange and return the unworn item in the original package in 7 days after receive the package.NO RETURNS ACCEPTED after 7 days unless the item is faulty or there has been an error on my part... The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges related to the returns or exchanges ..Once the item received back in its original condition, the refund will be made via paypal.

Items that are made custom such as personalized or bridal/ multiple orders and hand-stamped items are not exchangeable or refundable!!Unless there was an error made on my part, I will happily exchange your order.

Please remember that handcrafted jewelry can be delicate (especially love birds on brach pendants) and need gentle care!!Do not sleep, swim, or shower in jewelry. This can damage stones,images or finish.

All handstamped jewelies are made by me not by machine!!So they not exactly same each other!!sometimes initial isn't perfectly centered, or initial too deep which lends itself to the unique handmade look of each item.

Please keep in mind that the colors might be slightly different on your monitor than the color of the item you received and all gemstones are natural so they may slightly vary on shape!!
