Despite several emails to this site and individual I have not received the dress I ordered. Payment was received but no dress. This is such poor way to treat a customer and is bad business. I want the dress I paid for or a complete and full refund.

the seller has not responded to any of my emails for a month, therefore i dont know if my item will be shipped of not , because it has taken longer than expected number of days
