Your item will be shipped once your payment clears in the account. After 3 days if we haven't received the payment or any communication, we'll have to cancel the sale. We usually try to contact you, but if you don't answer, the order may be canceled.
All orders are shipped via USPS. We ship First class Monday through Friday.
Insurance is optional and is the buyers responsibility. Contact us if you would like insurance added to your order.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Shipments are sent via USPS First Class International mail and normaly take 20-60 days to arrive to your countries. If you need your shipment faster, please contact us for alternate options. Please contact us if you haven't received your package in 4 weeks time.
International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties/custom charges associated with shipping to their respective countries.
100% Satisfaction, if you are not happy with our products for any reason when you receive your items contact us. We'll accept returns if notified within 3 days of receiving yours items. Unless you have purchased postal insurance loss of items and damaged items are non refundable.

Items may be returned in their original condition for a full refund. Any items returned damaged will not receive a refund.
The buyer assumes the cost of return shipping if you want to exchange an item, unless the return is due to defect in the product. In the case of defect, we will reimburse your money or re-ship your item again
When we receive the returned merchandise and check that everything is in the original condition, we will give your money back, in the original form of payment.
