Your items will be sent within 3 days of payment clearing. It can take up to 10 days for bags. Item,s are sent by 1st class rayal mail & shouldreach UK customers within 2-3 days, overseas can take up to 5 weeks.
An email will be sent to confirm posting.
Refunds.
Should you wish to return an item you may do so & you will recieve a full refund, excluding postage. Unfortunatly we do not accect returns on earrings....postage however is not covered. Please get in touch for a return address or email dollywhatnot@yahoo.co.uk
All cards are left blank inside for your own message & come to you in their own cellophane wrapper.
All jewellery comes in a handmade gift box & all bags are wrapped in tissue paper.
