All my items are handmade by me. No two items are ever exactly the same. I believe, that each of my items is special and unique - I will always specify in my listings if you will receive the exact item pictured or an item like it.

I except Paypal payments only. I will send items to the address Paypal gives me - so please make sure, that address is correct :)

Please make your payment within 5 days after your purchase. If you fall in love with an item, but can not afford it right away, please contact me and we will figure something out :)

I always try my best to find the cheapest shipping methods possible, while at the same time provide the safest way for your item to get to you.

I ship my items within 3 days maximum after I received the payment via Paypal. Once I hand the item over to the post office, I have no more control over how fast it will get to you. I use First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. That usually takes 3-5 business days within the US.

I am not responsible for items lost after handed over to the post office, or for damages to the item, that occur during the delivery process. I do offer an optional shipping insurance, so if you want me to use insured shipping, please let me know.

First of all: Please read the description for my items carefully and ask any questions you have BEFORE making a purchase. I will give as much information about the item in the description as I possibly can and I always answer all kinds of questions happily beforehand, to help both you and me to end up with a happy purchase :)

If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me right after you received your item. I do accept refunds, as long as the purchased item is returned to me unworn, unwashed and unaltered in any way. Tags and original packaging have to be untouched as well. As long as the item is returned to me as I sent it to you, I will fully refund the item prize. I will not refund the return shipping costs. It will be up to you to pay for return shipping.
