Paypal is the preferred accepted method of payment. Local (Singapore) customers may opt for internet bank transfer.
Local (Singapore) orders typically arrive in approximately 3-6 business days after they are shipped. International orders usually arrive in approximately 1-2 weeks once they are shipped. Shipping times are estimates only, unfortunately packages may occassionally be delayed in transit, especially during holidays or if the postal service is experiencing high volumes.
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Returns should be made within 5 days of when the purchase is received. Shipping cost to return the item is the responsibility of the buyer. If your item has arrived damaged or is not what you expected please email us immediately to review your situation.

Proofing:
One complimentary proof will be emailed to you for your approval. If spelling or grammar changes are needed, an updated proof will be sent. Once you approve the proof, we are not responsible for grammatical or spelling errors. Design or style changes to your proof may incur additional proofing fees.
Production:
We will produce your rubber stamp(s) after we received payment and signed Proof Approval Form verifying that the proof is correct and approved for production.
