Return request must be sent to us within 2 days of the order package arrived. Please check when you signed for your parcel before posting. We are 100% sure 2 days is enough to make sure the item is fit or not, need or not.
Returns that are late because you were away on holiday or your event was cancelled will be refused - no exceptions.

Cancel within 4 days, you will get 100% refund;
While more than 4 days, you will get 70% refund. Hope you can understand that fabric,workmanship and time we used on the dress.
Once an order has been shipped it can't be canceled.
