Paypal is a secure online payment system which is very easy to use.

You don't need to have a PayPal account to use this service.

If paying by credit card/ debit card select PAYPAL in the checkout process.

Orders placed and unpaid within 48 hours will be canceled. Unless of course you contact me.

All items are packed carefully in a protective box and shipped within 3 business days of payment, with the exception of weekends and holidays. Very large or special orders may require a few more days and you will be informed by mail.

Unfortunately, delays in the postal service and during holidays are out of my control and thus I cannot be responsible for them.

Due to the nature of my product, I am unable to accept returns. i still really want you to be happy with what you bought..

If for whatever reason you buy something and you are unhappy with it, we can most certainly find a resolution to satisfy us both.

If you experience an allergic reaction discontinue use.

The natural glycerin in the soap may respond to HOT whether and high Humidity and appear to "sweat" a little.. don't worry, its still good soap.. just unwrap, and let it sit in room temp for a few hours, or put it in the freezer for a few minutes.

Natural soap does not like to stay in water for a long time, it is recommended to use a soap dish that has draining.
