PayPal is the preferred method of payment. All payments must be made within 24 hours of purchase, otherwise I reserve the right to cancel your order. I will not begin processing an order until your payment has cleared.

If your order is time sensitive and you need it sooner please contact me prior to placing your order for a reserved listing. All time sensitive orders will be charged at full retail price + a 15% expedite fee.***

All items are shipped via USPS First Class, unless stated otherwise. If you require another method of shipment, shipping insurance, or any other upgrades please contact me and I will be more than happy to get you pricing and accommodate your needs.

It is your responsibility to make sure the shipping address on your PayPal account is correct.

I stand behind my work 100% and will gladly replace an item should there be some defect in workmanship.

If you decide you want to return an item for any other reason you may contact me, so I can determine if your order is eligible for a return. If I deem your order to be eligible for a return the product must be returned to me, at your expense, and in it's original condition. You must provide me with a tracking number and any other information that is pertinent to the return. Once I inspect the item and determine that it is in it's original condition, I will issue a full purchase refund less the shipping.

Customized or personalized items are final sales and do not qualify for a refund.
