All items will be dispatched within 48 hours, under normal circumstances.
I ship by Royal Mail First Class in the UK, which usually takes 1-2 working days.
Internationally, I ship by Royal Mail Airmail, which usually takes 5-7 working days.
For international orders, there may be the occasional delay for customs. Please note, any import duties incurred on entry to your country are your responsibility, not mine! Where a customs form is required, I will mark any packages as merchandise, with the correct value.
I am proud of the quality of my items, and pack them well to ensure they arrive in good condition.
Please contact me at the earliest opportunity should you receive anything which is damaged or faulty in any way, and I will refund/ replace as appropriate. It may be that you need to return the item to me, and in this case I will refund your return shipping cost.
Should you wish to return an item for any other reason (eg you have changed your mind), I will refund you/ exchange on receipt of the returned item, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
