All items will be shipped via USPS First-Class mail. Although insurance is optional, I strongly suggest it. I will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged orders. If you are interested in an insurance, please let me know before placement your order.

Please note that custom duties & taxes may be charged by the receiving country's customs, and that they are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.

Please make sure your price and shipping totals are correct before placing your order. If you need send any payment adjustments, I will have to ask you to pay the paypal transaction fee as well. The paypal transaction fee is $0.30 plus 2.9%. (International transaction fee is $0.30 plus 3.9%) For example, if you make a $0.50 mistake in shipping , paypal will charge you $0.82 to send the additional $0.50.

My original stamps are carved from a soft but firm vinyl material. It is easy to carve, but doesn't crumble or break easily.

All stamps are made to order. I'll begin making your stamp once your payment has been received. Please allow 10-15 business days for me to complete your stamp, in addition to shipping time.

Please let me know if you need your stamp by a particular date. Depending on the situation, special charges may apply.

I accept payment by PAYPAL only. I'll begin making your stamp once your payment has been received. If payment has not been received within 48 hours of purchase, I reserve the right to cancel the sale.

Since all stamps are made to order, I unfortunately can not issue refunds for canceled orders. If you cancel your order, I will, however, refund your shipping charges.

Because my stamps are custom made, all sales are final.

If you received an incorrect item, or the item is not as initially described, contact me. Please send a photo and a description of the problem. I will either issue a refund for the item or ship a replacement item at no additional charge.

Since all of my stamps are my designs, I retain all copyrights. If you would like me to design a stamp for your exclusive copyright, please contact me for rates. If I make a stamp from your original design, you will of course retain all copyrights.

All stamps are completed in the order in which they are received. I can do special rush orders for an additional fee. The fee is determined by the nature, timing, and complexity of the request.
