About Wedding And Gems
I started making jewellery just after I had my first child, 8 years ago. At the time I was very ill and creating something from nothing was very comforting.
8 years later I fit my business around my 10 month old daughter and I believe that it gives me the best of both worlds. I get to see her teach herself to walk and talk and I get to spend a lot of time making pretty things for someone to wear at their wedding or other special occasion.
I did work for local government a few years back and hated everything about that public worker culture and vowed that it would be my last job before I worked for myself. It's a promise I got to keep and one that made me very happy.
