I have not received my order according to supplier its out of stock. I have requested a refund whilst deciding what to buy. None has responded to my request im a very unhappy customer now.

The absolute wrong item was shipped! Ordered was a much anticipated dress for a dance. Shipped was shorts, and the dance is this weekend! Never again, very disappointed!

This shirt looks nothing. Nothing. Nothing like the picture. I'm very disappointed and was really looking forward to wearing this shirt. Looks like a child made it. I have a $40 dish rag. So disappointed.

It has been over 2 weeks since I submitted my order and I have not received it yet and I'm unable to track my order. I need the shoes for this Saturday, March 21st.

I ordered this dress on Feb 18 and received it on March 21st. The dress is nothing like the one pictured and the quality is really bad. I am completely disappointed with this purchase and even more so with the website as this is my first purchase on luulla.
