Payment is by PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account you are still able to pay using your Credit/Debit Card via PayPal. To do this, click on the PayPal option during checkout. Once the order is submitted click the "Pay Now" button. This will open a separate PayPal window & on the left you'll see "Don't have a PayPal Account?" Use this option to pay with your Credit/Debit Card without having to sign up with PayPal.
E-Cheque payments via PayPal are also accepted but orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared in my account. Clearance is generally within 4 to 7 days.
I ship all orders to the address you have listed with luulla. If your order is a gift or you are purchasing to have it delivered to an alternative address I’m happy to oblige as long as you provide the alternative address at the time of purchase.
Orders are shipped within 3 days of purchase (except in the case of e-Cheques where they will be shipped promptly upon clearance).
Estimated delivery times:
Within Australia - 2 to 5 business days.
Asia / Pacific - 1 to 2 weeks.
United States / Canada - 1 to 3 weeks.
UK / Europe - 2 to 4 weeks.
The above are estimated times only as advised by Australia Post but generally orders do arrive well within those time frames.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and taxes that may be charged by your country for goods imported from other countries.
In the event of lost packages – I will consider an international package lost if it has not arrived within 6 weeks. I will certainly replace lost packages at no charge but if you could allow sufficient time for it to arrive it would be greatly appreciated as delays can happen with the postal system from time to time.
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me so please do contact me within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any issues with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase I will replace print/s or refund your money. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition. If you return your item, I will send an exchange or refund your money as soon as I’ve received the item/s.
Please note that different computer monitors will display images a little differently with regards to colours, lighter/darker shades etc, so what you see on your screen may vary slightly from the print/s you receive.
All of my photographs are original images photographed and edited by me (no stock images) and I retain the copyrights. Copyright is not transferrable with sale. The purchase of my prints does not allow the reproduction and distribution of my work.
