.Payments are to be submitted within 2 days of your purchase. If payment has not been received KnitaBoo reserves the right to cancel your purchase, unless communication has been made and a timeline has been agreed
Orders will be sent out within 3 business days of receipt of payment
*unless it is a special order or otherwise specified in listing. 

Items are sent via Royal Mail or Air Mail. Postage and Packaging for UK are included in the price. If items are being sent internationally a supplement postage fee will apply.
*if you would like a shipping upgrade, please let me know, payment will be adjusted to include additional shipping charges

 ship items out using the address provided on ETSY, please double check to insure it is the correct address. 
* I will be happy to send item as gift, please provide appropriate address and gift message in the "message to the seller" section upon purchase.
