Beware this buyer. They will receive the pattern, and then email you a billion times screaming for a refund.

Customer did receive pattern, but claims she did not. My patterns are emailed within hours (sometimes within minutes) of ordering. As stated - Luulla doesn't have the capability of instant download. I have to wait for notification to email the customer.
