I ship USPS priortiy mail (2-3) days. Please allow 7-10 days for me to produce your order up to 2 dozens. Larger quantities may take a little longer. I take great care to protect your toppers from any damage in shipping, if damage occurs, the toppers may easily be fixed with water and some care. I f you needs your toppers sooner than 2 weeks, additional charges may apply.

IF ITEM IS DAMAGED DUE TO SHIPMENT , PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY FOR A REPLACEMENT AND SHIP BACK DAMAGED ITEM IN ORIGINAL BOX PRIOR TO EVENT DATE. After we review the package you will receive an email notifying you of of outcome 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS. You will either receive a replacement or you will receive credit to our on-line store for a product of equal value and mailed Free of charge.

WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE PAY FOR ADDITIONAL INSURANCE, "PRIORITY MAIL" ONLY COMES WITH LIMITED INSURANCE AND DOES NOT COVER BROKEN ITEMS THAT ARE OF FOOD NATURE OR BAKED ITEMS.
