Hi I'm very much concerned. I have tried looking for the tracking package and it will not show info. Please send info. My wedding is this weekend and I placed this order on March 28. I have no received both dresses I ordered from you and the number you gave me on tracking package is not showing. Please send info and when will I get my dress?

I want to cancel this order and have been trying to do this for two weeks. I keep being told to hit the cancel order button on my order and I do not see any such button. Please help me I must cancel this order and get a full refund asap.

Loved the dress but didn't come as it was supposed to be. It was rushed and came when I needed it to be here, but communication needs to be a whole lot better. Only neutral instead of negative because I loved the final result of the dress.
