*tracking number is always provided on every order
*i use usps first class mail/ usps first class international mail for shipping, if you want a different method of shipping, please let me know and i can set up something for you
*insurance is available for additonal costs
*i will gladly accept returns/ exchange /refunds within 14 days of purchase date, as long as item is never used and is in the same condition as i sent it.
*in case of a refund, only the item cost will be refunded
