Seller will not communicate with me as I have tried inquiring about my purchase through multiple platforms. Hopefully they send my item soon as I need it in the next couple of weeks. It's also very cute and I would hate to have to file a dispute with the website!

Very poor customer service, from day one of purchasing. I purchased this coat in March, their shipping stated could take 18 days...I did not receive my coat until the first week of May. It took over a month! Once I received it, it was way to small...sizes are not true to size and I ordered a large. I wished to return it. The store seller made it impossible..giving me two options. 1. To receive partial compensation (1/2 the $ of coat and minus shipping) then to give to family or friends (i.e. Not shipping coat back), 2. Me paying to ship coat back and only receiving compensation for the coat once they've received it. I chose option one, and they've made it very difficult saying I must ship coat back, even after them stating in emails that was a different option. Very unprofessional.

It took almost a week for my item just to ship and then on top of that I wasn't provided with a tracking number. Will I ever receive this item?
