In the very unlikely situation you may want to return one of my lovely creations; I accept items in original NEW condition, free of smells (no items that have the smell of cigarette or strong food smells), free of stains, no sign of wear or use, tags all attached, with complete packaging and instructions. You must contact me and I must accept the return. 30 day return policy (from date I ship to date I receive the item back). Must use tracking/insurance to ship back. I don't pay for any shipping. 15% restocking fee deducted from return. If you'd rather exchange an item for another, I will not deduct the 15% fee (if same value), but you'll need to pay for the shipping of the new item.
All items except CUSTOM MADE items are returnable for a refund within 30 days of purchase. You will have to incur all shipping costs and send it back with tracking/insurance. I will deduct a 15% processing fee. Item must be:
FREE OF ANY SMELLS; particularly cigarette, strong foods
MUST HAVE ALL TAGS/INFO/PAMPHLETS attached
UNWORN, UNUSED
